Store Manager - New Malden

Overview:

Multea Choice is a Bubble Tea brand, crafting made-to-order tea-based beverages with delicious freshly cooked tapioca. We strive to make a better bubble tea, brewing our bases with organic Multea’s signature tea, jasmine green tea, black tea & oolong tea, and offering a variety of milk alternatives and light versions of our drinks.

We are currently looking for dedicated, professional, and experienced Managers to lead our teams in locations across the UK with an outgoing personality and a positive attitude to provide excellent customer service.

This could be a great opportunity for someone with management experience at Manager level in the hospitality sector to take their next step in their career.

R&D Manager - New Malden

Overview:

The R&D Manager Bubble Tea will be reporting and assisting the Head of R&D to manage to ensure day-to-day operations and maintaining the service standard. You will be responsible for developing operating policies, market research and developing new beverages and conduct training to the team.

What you’ll need:

  • Managing daily operations issues both front and back of house to ensure quality control, compliance to food hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Managing the inventory of stocks and ingredients in both quantity and expiatory
  • Handle daily operations (hands-on) such as brewing of tea, prep and cooking of the ingredients
  • Observe market trends and source for new beverage ideas
  • Lead and train the service team to ensure daily operations is complied

What are we looking for?

  • Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Culinary or equivalent
  • Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in R&D and relevant industry with min 2-3 years of management capacity
  • Food Hygiene Certification is required
  • Excellent managerial and presentation skills, people management to build and maintain positive working relationship with the team 
  • Possesses critical and analytical thinking, multi-tasking and R&D skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and POS
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays
  • Travelling may be required
